Lead continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing operational flows and process efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Quality, or related fields. Experience in people management roles with oversight of indicators and spreadsheet tools. Knowledge in data analysis and artificial intelligence tools is desirable. Availability for on-site work with flexibility for shifts and weekend duties.
