The supervisor will be responsible for prospecting entrepreneurs for future distributor development, coordinating the implementation of new distributors, and supporting GTM teams in reengineering efforts for assigned distributors. This role also involves communicating implementation strategy to regional teams and collaborating with execution/operations teams to ensure strategy implementation and distributor development.
Requirements
Candidates should possess strong conceptual thinking skills, professional maturity, and frontline team leadership capabilities. Essential soft skills include being a strong communicator capable of influencing others, change leadership, negotiation, prioritization, decision making, and analytical/strategic thinking.
