Core Responsibilities

This role focuses on supporting the SVP Global Sales and VP Customer Success by managing complex global calendars, coordinating communications, and tracking tasks primarily in Asana to reduce operational overhead. Responsibilities also include capturing meeting notes, driving follow-through on action items, coordinating approvals, planning executive travel, and supporting team off-sites and events.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP level or above, ideally across multiple stakeholders, and must be fluent in written and verbal English due to global interactions. Essential qualities include exceptional organization, strong prioritization skills, a proactive mindset to anticipate needs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
