Implement quality improvements in operational processes to achieve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Verify compliance with process controls and ensure the quality of results. Identify and address quality risks, deviations in processes, and manage customer complaints and non-conformities using established quality management tools.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or similar. 3 years of experience providing physical-chemical or microbiological testing services. 2 years of experience as a quality coordinator maintaining laboratory accreditation. Solid statistical knowledge and intermediate English proficiency in both spoken and written forms. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 37001 standards.
