Senior Business Associate – Controlling & Strategy

Contribute to the definition and execution of the Controlling & Strategy segment strategy by integrating business analytics and executive storytelling. Manage and analyze key KPIs, identifying variations and opportunities for improvement. Generate actionable insights from large data sets using Excel, Power BI, and SQL/Teradata to support business decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, strategic consulting, payment methods, or commercial intelligence. Intermediate SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
