Act as a reference for the team, promoting technical training and evolution. Lead the conception and development of new features while ensuring technical leadership within teams. Collaborate with various areas to define solutions and guide the creation of components within the Design System.

Expertise in Java and/or Kotlin, including concurrency and multithreading. Experience with scalable and resilient architectures, and knowledge of messaging patterns like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as cloud experience.
