Senior Business Analyst

Lead functional initiatives for the implementation and improvement of business process solutions. Act as the main point of contact between business areas and the technology team. Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional requirements, ensuring they are complete and aligned with business needs.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Functional Leader. Strong knowledge of collection processes and experience in managing and analyzing refinancing, rescheduling, and financial relief processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
