What You'll Do
Lead the agency team and promote a positive work environment. Provide financial consulting to associates and manage the agency's financial operations. Develop and execute the agency's planning focusing on member acquisition and retention. Organize community events to strengthen relationships with members and promote Sicredi's image.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. Certifications such as ANBIMA (CPA-20 mandatory) and knowledge in Credit Cooperativism are required.
