IT Operations Analyst - San Martín Obispo

Assist with daily IT operations, including incident, request, problem, and change management activities while learning established ITIL processes. Monitor and provide first-level support for infrastructure and platform environments, with guidance from experienced team members. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and service provider teams to gather information and support issue resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related IT discipline. Proficient written and spoken English. Foundational knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, networking, databases, or software development.
