What You'll Do
Ensure compliance with routines and monitor area audits. Analyze indicators and prepare quality reports, planning shift demands. Guarantee productivity, quality, and safety of the shipping team; identify and remove process barriers. Manage people through engagement programs, coaching, and feedback.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in people management. Experience with processes and continuous improvement methodologies. Intermediate English language skills (reading, writing, and conversation) will be considered a differential. Experience with lean manufacturing processes.
