IT & Scoring Marketplace Fraud Prevention Supervisor

Supervise the fraud analyst team, providing continuous feedback and performance tracking. Monitor key KPIs such as fraud rate and false positive rate. Coordinate the resolution of complex cases with Legal and Compliance teams. Collaborate with Product and Data Science on new product designs and user risk flows.

Experience in fraud prevention, operational risk, or investigations in fintech, e-commerce, or banking. Proven experience leading analyst teams in high-volume environments. Knowledge of fraud typologies such as account takeover and identity takeover. Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and advanced Google Sheets.
