Retail Customer Service Associate

Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Must be at least 18 years or older. Minimum of 3 subjects inclusive of English or a U.S. high school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service is preferred.
