You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, conducting title searches, and managing closing packages for New Jersey real estate transactions. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain accurate records while resolving title-related issues.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in New Jersey title insurance or real estate closings and possess C1 Advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant title software is required, along with the ability to work 9:00am–5:00pm EST.
