Support requests from financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and internal bank areas, while conducting operational analyses to identify improvement opportunities.

Experience in Operations, Specialized Support, Backoffice, or related areas. Knowledge of service flow and operational demand management. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences. Analytical and organized profile with problem-solving capabilities.
