Lead the identification, structuring, and definition of AI use cases for transforming customer service processes. Build, organize, and prioritize the backlog considering the value and quality of service delivered. Act as a reference in a multi-disciplinary team, managing expectations and reporting on product evolution.

Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or business consultant in complex environments. Proficiency in requirements gathering and AI-assisted process design. Advanced English skills are required.
