Legal Counsel, Specialist - Potash Marketing

Provide legal advice to the Potash Sales & Marketing team on commercial and operational matters. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including commodity sale and purchase agreements and logistics contracts. Conduct legal and regulatory due diligence for international trade and advise on disputes related to potash sales.

Qualified lawyer with admission to practice in the United States (Colorado/Denver). A minimum of five years post-qualification experience in a highly regarded law firm or in-house legal team. Experience advising on international commodity sales and strong capability in drafting complex commercial agreements.
