Jr Market Intelligence Analyst | Client Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented support for inquiries and requests. Manage and follow up on requests related to NIQ data, reports, deliverables, and platforms, ensuring resolution within agreed service levels. Investigate issues related to data, processes, or deliverables, coordinating with internal teams to identify root causes and ensure effective resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or retail industry. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
