The professional will lead and optimize logistics operations in Distribution Centers (CDs), primarily focusing on the Osasco CD, while also supporting operations in Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. Key duties include managing operational teams, standardizing national logistics processes, and driving efficiency initiatives across layout, flow, and productivity.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements include solid experience as a Logistics Operations Manager or equivalent, proven experience in medium or large CD/warehouse operations, and strong background in food retail or e-commerce environments. Candidates must possess strong people management skills, analytical capability, a hands-on approach, and be available for 100% on-site work in Osasco with frequent travel.
