The assistant will provide essential administrative and tenant-support services, primarily by answering tenant calls, documenting concerns, and coordinating maintenance requests through software entry and tracking. Responsibilities also include assisting with rent collection by receiving payments, issuing receipts, and following up on late payments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ideally at a C1 Advanced level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software is required, along with the ability to multitask effectively.
