Act as the main point of contact between HR and business areas, supporting leaders on performance, development, culture, and decision-making. Manage talent, resolve labor issues, analyze metrics, and continuously improve processes to ensure a solid experience for employees and leaders. Participate in key initiatives for growth, organizational change, and cultural strengthening, working closely with various areas to ensure alignment and execution.
Requirements
3-4 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in similar roles. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields with a clear focus on people management. Conversational English is essential for interaction with stakeholders and effective communication in a growing business environment.
