What You'll Do
Lead the strategic management of the agency, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and indicators. Develop and execute action plans aimed at growing the member portfolio and expanding business opportunities. Promote consultative and excellent service, identifying opportunities and offering financial solutions tailored to members' needs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in business or agency roles, or equivalent experience in the financial market. Active ANBIMA C-Pro R certification and solid knowledge of financial products, services, and solutions.
