Trainer

Prepare training materials and review content for updates. Support new hires with behavioral focuses and soft skills development. Schedule and coordinate classroom activities and performance reviews. Facilitate transitions to production and document handoffs with production leaders.

Experience in training or coaching roles, preferably in a call center environment. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles and MS Office. English proficiency at B1 level or above is desirable.
