Conduct strategic people themes ensuring operational continuity and validating technical recommendations related to performance and organizational structure. Monitor and analyze people indicators, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields. Strong experience in HR frameworks and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with organizational change management and strategic planning.
