What You'll Do
Manage a sales team across the state, ensuring excellent customer service. Analyze portfolio indicators and report to management. Support executives in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones to drive growth in volume and revenue.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in commercial areas, particularly in door-to-door retail management. Proven leadership experience in commercial teams, with a focus on feedback and continuous improvement.
