Delivery HeroCore Responsibilities
The analyst will monitor and analyze operational performance KPIs across 15 LATAM markets, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for logistical optimization. They will propose and lead end-to-end improvement initiatives, including diagnosis, design, implementation, impact measurement, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in fields like Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration, along with prior experience in data analysis, performance, operations, or strategic consulting roles. Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) is required, with basic/intermediate knowledge of Python being valued.
