Manage and execute activities related to the review, validation, valuation, and follow-up of residential customer recovery files. Verify the integrity, consistency, and traceability of technical, commercial, and documentary information according to established procedures and quality criteria. Ensure the correct determination of recoveries and timely delivery of compliant products.

Technical degree or ongoing/completed university education (desirable). Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Experience in data entry, validation, and report preparation. Basic knowledge of energy recovery processes and residential customer recovery (desirable).
