AXAWhat You'll Do
Manage patient intake by capturing informed consent. Ensure activation, adherence, and follow-up of patients in treatment. Coordinate and execute medication administration as applicable. Maintain continuous contact with patients to provide education, guidance, and support.
What We're Looking For
Nursing assistants and/or health professionals. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in patient care in the assistance area and/or patient programs. Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment. Availability to travel as scheduled. Mandatory: RETHUS - COMPLETE VACCINATION SCHEME - UPDATED BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AND WASTE MANAGEMENT COURSES.
What We Offer
Salary: 2,040,000 COP + transportation allowance of 550,080 COP + statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with availability for 2 Saturdays a month until noon.
