This role actively contributes to a positive, high-performing work culture by monitoring employee motivation, performance, and well-being, and reporting relevant information to the corresponding team.
Requirements
Candidates must have intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office Suite and Google Workspace, experience with people management platforms like BUK or Odoo, and knowledge of current labor regulations. Additional points are awarded for experience with SENCE franchise management, climate/performance systems, and affinity for technology/AI applications.
