Sr. COE Analyst

Prioritize and manage the portfolio of transformation initiatives and process optimization projects. Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, evaluating current processes and proposing scalable solutions. Collaborate with operational teams and business areas to drive improvement initiatives and analyze data to develop reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Systems, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or digital transformation. Advanced English proficiency is required, along with advanced knowledge of data management tools such as Excel and Power BI.
