The manager is responsible for driving the growth of the Discounters business, ensuring sales results across Business Units (BU) and PMF by developing commercial proposals that exceed objectives. This involves leveraging market knowledge and aligning sales structures to guarantee national service and faster customer response times.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Administrative major and have intermediate English proficiency, along with financial capability including P&L knowledge. Essential experience includes at least 3-4 years in customer negotiation, sales execution, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Strategy, coupled with team management skills.
