Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes across all Latam countries for PedidosYa, defining the best sourcing strategy for roles ranging from entry-level to leadership positions. Ensure positive experiences for candidates and Hiring Managers while maintaining close communication with stakeholders, providing visibility, and offering data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, along with at least 3 years of experience leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes in consulting firms or multinational companies. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical thinking, data handling proficiency, and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
