UPROSPECTWhat You'll Do
Personally create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. Build, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. Continuously improve the Shopify store to increase conversions and deliver a better customer experience. Monitor key business metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue growth, and customer acquisition performance.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience leading content creation and performance marketing initiatives. Proven success scaling ecommerce or consumer brands via social media content. Strong expertise managing paid advertising across Meta and Google. Excellent English communication skills.
