What You'll Do
Manage the agency and prioritize member service. Develop and expand business operations while ensuring high performance from the team. Build relationships with the community and represent the agency legally.
What We're Looking For
Experience in people management in agencies or similar market experience is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields is required. Active Anbima certification and a valid driver's license are also mandatory.
