Senior Associate | Corridor Strategy & Operations (COL/DR)
FélixCore Responsibilities
This role involves monitoring the performance of the US to Colombia & Dominican Republic remittance corridors by building dashboards, leading reviews, and analyzing data to identify trends in growth and unit economics. The associate will also support strategic initiatives by building analytical models and partnering cross-functionally to improve corridor health and decision-making.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or Banking, demonstrating analytical prowess with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and communicate complex data insights effectively.
