Analyze cadastral, contractual, and legal documents while ensuring compliance with current legislation and applicable jurisprudence. Organize and monitor deadlines, workflows, and judicial processes to ensure agility and service level compliance. Develop credit recovery strategies for amicable, extrajudicial, and judicial stages.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Minimum of 2 years of experience in related activities. Active OAB registration. Practical experience in credit recovery, civil or banking litigation. Knowledge of financial sector contracts, credit guarantees, and applicable regulations.
