Requirements
Candidates must have two or more years of experience in roles like Product Design Lead or UX Design Lead, demonstrating strong knowledge in UX Design, Visual Design, and Design Systems. Mandatory experience includes using Design Thinking along with at least two other frameworks like Customer Experience or Jobs to Be Done, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
