The Administrative Assistant will coordinate and execute administrative, accounting, and logistical processes for the project, ensuring proper documentation management, expense control, and operational support for efficient activity development. They will also contribute to internal organization, facilitate articulation between areas, and guarantee the availability of resources necessary for timely project objective fulfillment.
Requirements
Candidates must be a technical graduate or university student in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, accounting, or logistical support, preferably within projects. Essential knowledge includes administrative management, document control, basic accounting, expense control, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
