The role involves executing operational and administrative activities to achieve the Learning Strategy across Markets & Services, leading program execution activities including logistics, communications, and LMS administration. This includes partnering with Learning Advisors to provide management and consulting to HR and business partners to proactively identify and prioritize Learning and Development opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates need 5-8 years of experience in Learning and Development, proven influencing and relationship management skills, and proactive leadership abilities. The role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and excellent communication and diplomacy skills for influencing decisions.
