Content Design Lead
FélixCore Responsibilities
The lead will establish the content design practice by defining voice, tone, and terminology standards across English and Spanish, while leading end-to-end content projects including messaging strategies and conversational flows. They will own the conversational UX language across WhatsApp and build content systems like style guides and glossaries.
Requirements
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in content design or UX writing, with deep expertise in conversational interfaces and fluency in both Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a strong bonus. Proficiency in Figma and experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate content workflows are also required.
