The evaluator will conduct in-person and virtual classroom observations to assess teaching performance using established rubrics. They are also responsible for providing detailed feedback to teachers and generating final reports based on their findings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in teacher performance evaluation or academic support is required.
