Core Responsibilities

The Compensation Coordinator will analyze and design compensation structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes to align with organizational goals. They are also responsible for managing payroll budgets and advising business unit leaders on organizational structures and labor policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in related roles and 4 years of general experience in compensation, along with proficiency in Advanced Excel and intermediate English.
