Data Engineering Manager (Databricks)

Design, build, and maintain semantic layers and KPI models using Databricks Metric Views. Work directly with business owners to define and translate KPI requirements into reusable data models. Implement data integration and transformation pipelines for AI-generated narratives and conversational analytics. Establish data quality and monitoring frameworks across all data assets.

7+ years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in semantic layer and KPI modeling. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Metric Views and proficiency in SQL and Python. Solid understanding of cloud data platforms, specifically Azure Databricks, and modern ELT/ETL tooling.
