Monitor security alerts generated by SIEM tools. Conduct initial triage of security events, assisting in classification and identification of criticality. Analyze logs and records from security devices and solutions, such as firewalls and antivirus systems. Support the investigation of cybersecurity incidents under the guidance of more experienced professionals.

High school diploma required; Technical or higher education is a plus. Previous experience in IT support, especially as a Support Technician I, II, or III. Basic knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows; knowledge of Linux is a plus. Basic understanding of computer networks, including protocols and topologies.
