What You'll Do
Manage workplace climate processes, from analyzing results to designing and implementing action plans. Participate in planning and executing annual surveys, analyzing results by management and teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with leaders to present and analyze team results, guiding them in identifying potential causes and recommending improvement actions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in survey analysis and action plan implementation. Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Project management, budgeting, and indicator management experience. Desirable: Power BI.
