Manager, Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for assigned business portfolios. Develop a deep understanding of assigned business areas and partner closely with Hiring Managers to anticipate demand. Design and execute sourcing strategies leveraging multiple recruitment channels to secure high-quality talent. Monitor recruitment performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines. 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in the financial services industry. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong stakeholder management and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
