Lead Program/Project Managers and Supervisors across LATAM, developing and managing the annual portfolio, priorities, schedules, go-lives, and resources. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation solutions, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, timelines, costs, and operational stability. Manage contracts, suppliers, and global integrators, including scope, milestones, changes, costs, and critical incidents.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; a postgraduate/MBA in Management is a plus. At least 10 years of experience in project implementation, equipment, new operations, and managing technical teams, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles. Experience in intralogistics automation, WMS/WCS integration, and managing international suppliers and contracts.
