Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSE and Security Management System in both plants, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Identify, assess, and control operational risks, verifying the application of critical controls, work permits, procedures, and change management processes. Drive accident and incident prevention, coordinate investigations, and ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Bachelor's degree in Safety and Hygiene, Environment, or an equivalent discipline related to HSE. 3 to 5 years of experience in supervisory, coordination, or leadership positions in HSE. Practical knowledge of applicable Argentine regulations regarding safety, hygiene, occupational health, and environment, as well as corporate HSE standards. Intermediate English proficiency, both oral and written.
