The role involves responding to user inquiries and consultations through various online and offline channels to ensure a unique and differential customer experience for buyers or sellers. Responsibilities also include proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in Customer Service operations, workflows, processes, and user communication.

Requirements

Candidates must be early-year students in administrative fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related careers, and must have availability for a part-time schedule of 6 hours. Prior experience in customer service is desirable.
