Own and develop business and operational processes for the Ambassadors direction. Work deeply with the Ambassador mobile application to define and improve end-to-end delivery flows. Write clear and structured requirements for development teams and manage the business backlog by collecting requests, structuring them, prioritizing, and planning delivery.
Requirements
2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Manager. Strong business mindset with hands-on experience in operational environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with large operational teams and senior stakeholders.
