Global Lead (Sr) Project Manager (FSP), Costa Rica (Remote)

Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level. Ensure escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally. Drive Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at the project level. Ensure project team compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Global Lead Project Manager in the conduct of clinical trials. Several years of demonstrated experience in vendor management across a broad range of vendor types.

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. 0%-20% travel required, potentially including international travel.
